I am very excited to say that I am setting up a new website for Keep Entertainment Live in Spain. We have such a huge number of people on our facebook group that I thought it was time to share all the talent with the world, so they too could see what a massive talent base there is out here. The new website is www.keepentertainmentliveinspain.com and will be a sounding board for all types of entertainment and events here in Spain. Enjoy
What a fantastic show the lads from Chess gave us again on May 25th. The audience were up and on the dance floor from the first song. By the time a few Queen classics had been belted out, every one of the 200 people who attended were stood up and clapping their hands in unison to "We Will Rock You". There were even people standing on chairs, such was the wonderful atmosphere.
Charlie and the lads had the audience eating out of the palms of their hands all night. The charity was Pets In Spain, and the lads very generously donated one of their new DVD's and a CD to the raffle, which raised a staggering 465€ for the charity. Thank you to everyone who came, and also to the huge amount of people who came up to thank L R Shows for bring what we have always known were the Best Queen Tribute band in Spain to Guardamar. We have them booked again for September this year - so look out for dates and details. Can't wait for them to come back again, cos it's always After the last Sell Out Show in February at Restaurante Los Rosales, we at L R Shows decided to let our loyal email customers have the chance to reserve their tickets for the Chess show that we are having on May 25th. We are aiming to not only make sure those customers who regularly attend our shows have the chance to see this incredible band, but also to set a new record for
L R Shows by selling the show out before it ever goes on general release. Well that is surely going to happen, as my computer has nearly had a melt-down with the numbers of people booking tickets! I really can't say I blame them either, as Chess really are the Best Queen Tribute in Spain. We had the most fantastic evening back in February, myself and the audience just didn't want the night to stop. Not only did we get the most amazing music, but we all had a laugh when Charlie Joss, the lead singer managed to get over 200 people to sit on the floor! Lucky ole me was asked to sit on the stage with him - and did I get a lot of jealous looks from the ladies in the audience, especially when we had a cuddle! Yum, looking forward to that again. So, the countdown is on - just a few days left to get booked in. Don't miss out on what is a truely spectacular show, that you will be talking about for a long time afterwards. Thank you to everyone who came to The Red Tops Show last night at Restaurante Los Rosales in Guardamar. What a fantastic show it was too! I have never seen the lads in such good form, and boy didn't the audience appreciate every last note! There was a lot of calories burnt off during the night with the dance floors fit to burst for every new rock n roll tune!
Well done to all the staff and especially the catering from Phil and the team, who excelled themselves with well cooked delicious meals. I had so many people commenting on how much they enjoyed both the show and the fantastic food. That Spanish Chicken fairly disappeared! The charity who we invited for the raffle last night, was AFA - The Alzheimer's Association in Torrevieja. We were so pleased that after a heartbreaking speech of the work that they do, that the charity raised 310 Euros - an amount they were delighted with. So thank you to all who dug deep, and sorry for bullying you into giving, but what a wonderful cause. |
